Alivuokrataan huone kahden hengen solusta KOAS Ristonmaalta kesä-elokuun 2025 ajaksi. Tarkemmat muuttopäivät ovat sovittavissa toiveittesi mukaan. Asunto sijaitsee kätevästi Keljon kauppakeskuksen ja yliopiston kampuksien välimaastossa (kaikki ~2 km säteellä) lähellä keskustaa (~2,4km). Alue on rauhallinen, lähellä luontoa ja kotiovelta on lyhyt matka ostoksille, keskustaan tai rantaraitin järvimaisemiin. Kaikki sähkö, vesi, kalustevuokra, pyykinpesu ja lämmitys sisältyvät vuokraan. Myös autolle löytyy pysäköintipaikka.

A furnished room available for the Summer period 2025 (June to August)
A cozy furnished room on rent in KOAS Ristonmaa for the Summer period (from June to August) in 2025. Moving in and moving out dates are flexible but have to start from the month of June. The location of the apartment is very near to University of Jyväskylä (~2 km) and also to the center of the city (~2,4 km). There are a shopping center Keljo, a bus stop and some parks nearby, and it's possible to go for a nice walk or a jog around the lake. The area is quiet and peaceful and it's a short walk from your front door to both studies and grocery shopping. Hot water, electricity, heating and washing machine are all included to the rent payment.
