Well-being Week 2022

The Well-being Week will be held from Monday to Friday: 4.4.-8.4. The World Health Day will also be celebrated during the same week on Thursday, April 7th.

The theme of the week is going to be fatigue and burnout culture, which have been particularly common problems among students recently. The week offers a variety of activities and tips on how to manage your exhaustion and find your own way to break free from everyday life and thus prevent fatigue. All activities of the week are free!

In addition to the program listed below, it is worth following JYY’s social media, as we will share tips related to mental health there during the Well-being Week.

Save the week on your calendar and set aside time for your well-being!
